This CT or MRI Technologist – Arizona opportunity is designed for licensed imaging professionals seeking stability, strong benefits, and a long-term commitment in a rural area in Southern Arizona.

The role supports a community-focused facility serving a broad patient population. You’ll work in a structured weekday schedule with shared holiday and call rotations. This is a full-time, three-year commitment with significant sign-on and relocation support.

Position Details

• Location: Rural area in Southern Arizona (occasional coverage in a nearby regional community)

• Facility Type: Community healthcare facility

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

• Start Date: ASAP

• Employment Type: Full-time, 3-year commitment

• Holiday & Call: Required holiday and on-call rotation

• Patient Population: General diagnostic imaging population

• Pay Range (Hourly, Based on Experience):

CT Technologist

• 1–2 years: $39/hr

• 3–5 years: $41/hr

• 6–8 years: $43/hr

• 9–11 years: $45/hr

• 12+ years: $47/hr

MRI Technologist

• 1–2 years: $41/hr

• 3–5 years: $43/hr

• 6–8 years: $45/hr

• 9–11 years: $47/hr

• 12+ years: $49/hr

Compensation & Benefits

• $15,000 sign-on bonus (3-year commitment)

• $15,000 relocation assistance

  • If relocation is not needed, may be combined with sign-on for up to $30,000 total

• $1,000 monthly living stipend for 6 months

Paid Time Off & Leave:

• Sick leave: 4 hours accrued per pay period (usable after 90 days)

• Earned Paid Sick Time (EPST): 40 hours annually (no rollover)

• 8 paid holidays + Birthday + 1 Float Day

• Select holidays paid at time-and-a-half

• Vacation accrual: 3.16 hours per pay period (80 hours after first year)

  • 40 hours available after 6 months

Retirement:

• 403(b) eligible immediately

• 3% employer contribution (based on salary excluding vacation and sick pay)

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic MRI or CT scans

• Conduct radiology examinations for evaluation and treatment

• Ensure imaging quality and patient safety

• Participate in holiday and on-call rotations

• Collaborate with providers for timely diagnostic support

Qualifications

Required:

• Licensed MRI or CT Technologist

• Minimum 1 year of experience

• ARRT registered

• Arizona state license required

• Ability to perform diagnostic MRI or CT scans and radiologic examinations
