About this role

Location: San Antonio, Texas
Setting: Hospital-based rehab (inpatient + outpatient)
Employment Type: Full-time permanent placement
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8am–5pm
Patient Population: Adult rehab, orthopedic, functional mobility
Start Date: Flexible

What you’ll do:

• Perform patient evaluations and develop treatment plans

• Deliver hands-on therapy and track progress

• Complete documentation and discharge summaries

• Participate in care planning and team collaboration

• Educate patients and families

• Support departmental operations and student programs as needed

This is a structured clinical environment with strong interdisciplinary collaboration.

Who this role is best for

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or eligible in Texas)
