A Frontera recruiter contacts your colleague, learns about their specialty and preferences, and matches them with an opportunity that fits. They get one recruiter, clear communication, and no pressure, the same way you did.

You get paid
Once your referral begins working with one of our clients, your bonus is paid out in installments over the length of their placement.
Who You Can Refer
Any clinician you would want on your own team.
We place physicians, advanced practice providers, and specialty clinicians across hospitals, outpatient clinics, community health centers, and government programs nationwide. If you know someone who provides direct patient care and is open to a new role, we want to meet them.
Your referral does not need to work in the same specialty, facility, or city as you. If we have an opportunity that fits their background, they qualify.

FAQ
When do I receive my bonus?
Bonus payments begin after your referral starts working with a Frontera client and are paid in installments. Your recruiter will walk you through the details.
Does my referral have to work at the same facility I do?
No. Your referral can be placed anywhere Frontera has a matching opportunity. Many referrals end up in a different city or setting than the person who referred them.
Do I have to be a current Frontera provider to refer someone?
Yes. In order for a provider to be eligible to earn from an referral, a provider needs to be a current Frontera provider. If you have someone in mind, mention it to your recruiter!
What if Frontera does not have an open role for my referral right now?
We will still connect with them and keep them in mind as new opportunities open. The referral bonus applies once they are placed with a client.
Is there a limit on referrals?
No. Each qualifying referral earns its own bonus.
Can I refer myself or a family member?
Self-referrals are not eligible. Family members are eligible under the same terms as any other referral.
Good clinicians know good clinicians.
Refer someone you would trust with your own patients and start earning in installments after they’ve been placed at a Frontera Search Partner Facility.
Program Terms
Referral bonuses are paid to the referring individual only after the referred provider begins working in a role with a Frontera Search Partners client. Bonus amount is determined by the employment type of the accepted role (PRN, part-time, or full-time) and is paid in installments over a defined period following the referral's start date; installments are contingent on the referred provider remaining in the placement. Referred providers must not already be in active conversation with a Frontera recruiter at the time of referral. In the event of duplicate referrals, the first submission on record is eligible. Self-referrals are not eligible. Frontera Search Partners reserves the right to modify or discontinue the program at any time. Bonuses may be subject to applicable taxes.
