Nurse Practitioner in Topeka, KS Responsibilities

Conduct the focused clinical examination and record objective findings in the required examination documentation. Organize the assessment around the questions assigned for the evaluation. Prepare clear examination records that connect the history reviewed with the findings documented. Check the completed material for consistency, completeness and readable clinical language. Review the medical information supplied for the evaluation and identify the history relevant to the examination. Bring that information together with the Veteran’s account of the concerns being evaluated, maintaining a clear distinction between reported symptoms, documented history and findings observed during the visit.
